Ventrilo has and option for any user to lodge a complaint about anyone that is logged onto the Ventrilo server. Simply right click on the user that you would like to report, then mouse over user, and click on Lodge complaint about. (Seen below)

Enter detailed information about the incident including what was said, them click send. After you send the complaint an admin will be able to see the complaint after they log into Vent. Its that simple.

Firstly, enter the setup and hit SFX in the top right corner. note: you may have to have Direct Sound enabled for this to work. To enable it simply check the box "Use Direct Sound" next to the SFX button.

Then click "Compressor" and hit the "Add" button

then apply the following:
"
* Gain 0
This can usually be left at 0, unless you're having difficulty hearing most of the people on the channel. Gain controls how much volume is sent to the compressor. Turning it up a little (10 or 15) may help, but turning it up a lot causes significant sound degradation.
* Attack 0.01
Attack determines how quickly the effect is applied to the sound, in milliseconds, and can be turned down to the minimum of 0.01. The default is 10, which is also quite fast. The maximum of 500 creates an unpleasant half second delay before a loud incoming sound is adjusted.
* Release 200 - 500
The length of time the compressor remains on after the sound has stopped is determined with the Release setting. The default of 200 milliseconds typically works, but some people turn this up to 500 or even 1000 (1 second).
* Threshold -30
The level at or above which the compressor kicks in is the Threshold. -30 will make the quiet people a bit more audible, while still keeping the loud types from blasting you. This setting is measured in decibels, with 0 being very loud and -60 being very quiet.
* Ratio 100
Ratio sets how much variation in volume remains after the compressor has done its job. Most people put this right up to 100 so there is as little variation in volume as possible. Although the default setting of 3 leaves some variation in, it also works.
* Pre delay 4.0
This is a digital sound processor function that determines how far your system "looks ahead" for sounds that need adjustment, again in milliseconds. This is best left at the maximum of 4. " - text taken from http://internetgames.about.com/od/tweaks/a/ventsettings.htm
Finally hit "Ok" and you should be sorted.

1. Open Cod4 as you normally would and open the console by hitting the tilde key:

2. Enter the following in the console and hit Enter:

3. Navigate your way to the graphics settings under Options -> Graphics...
4. Decrease the resolution below what it already is then apply settings

5. Cod4 should now be running in a window. If not, try restarting Call of Duty. Mess around with different resolutions to get the required window size

My personal choice is 640 x 480, so i can multitask easily, like this:

6. To get is back to fullscreen simply enter this in the console, and restore the initial resolution:

If this does still does not work, restart Call of Duty

The reason that you are being kicked by PunkBuster is most likely because your PunkBuster version is out of date. PunkBuster is designed to keep itself up to date using a proprietary auto-update system. For cases where the auto-update fails, they have created a utility called PBSetup. This utility can be downloaded >Here<
Follow the directions on that screen to update your PunkBuster for Call of Duty 4 as well as any other games that PunkBuster supports that are installed on your computer.

The difference between our servers is as follows:
Icthus-777
This is our main server for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. All of Icthus-777 Rules apply here. No martyrdom, no Noob Tubes, no Juggernaut, no cheating, no offensive language, etc...
Icthus-777 too
This server is our modded server. It is also the server that our competitive squads use to practice and scrim on. This server is almost always password protected and the password varies as each squad practices/scrims.
